I’ve never really enjoyed the gym mostly because I never felt confident enough in knowing what I was doing was right despite having personal training before, but Mike has completely changed this for me. He takes time to go through each exercise, what the benefits are and makes sure your form is spot on every time; he tells you when you’re doing good and if there are things you need to change for the next set! I’ve learnt a hell of a lot so thank you! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a PT (and his gym is amazing!!)
