I have suffered with a completely irrational phobia for over 15 years and decided it was time to deal with it. I was very sceptical about the whole hypnosis thing but Rae explained everything in a warm, caring and professional way, I felt completely at ease with her. After the first 2 sessions I was no longer practising my fears as they had gone, I was gobsmacked. Rae could see there was more she could do to help, Rae was right, after another 2 sessions I now have my old confidence back and feel very positive about my future.
If anyone is thinking about hypnosis for whatever reason I would highly recommend Rae.
