- Johnnie Review added: 2017.12.18★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Bought a G plan leather recliner sofa from SCS and within a month my dog's flea treatment rubbed off onto the leather removing the colour in a couple of patches. Be careful if you you use flea treatment as it acts like paint stripper on leather.
Reading the negative reviews I wasn't hopeful but after sending a photo Castelan sent out a technician and tried to colour match with his paints and airbrush. Unable to match he sent off a sample of leather and got paint specially made up to match exactly.
The technician returned when the paint was made up and sent to me a couple of weeks later.The job was done swiftly and very professionally, I couldn't see the large patch where colour was removed. Top marks!
I had to drop a star as communication with the company is poor where you are put on hold for what seems an eternity and then waiting for a technician which is a week to 10 days each time.
The claim was dealt with professionally and the call centre operator was most helpful, when I eventually managed to get through. I never write reviews so I suspect the majority of satisfied customers don't bother to review where unsatisfied customers would.
